Owls

I probably mentioned many times that owls are my favourite birds, but it's so hard to meet them in wild living in the city! These beauties were spotted and photographed in Opole in Zoo. I'm not sure if they count as wild birds, but visit Wild Birds Wednesday, and  you'll find many wonderful photos there:)

Little Egret

I met this fishing beauty in Danube Delta in the beginning of June. The photo was taken with borrowed camera since mine broke down. Can you imagine? Being in such a place, having such a great weather and broken camera is a photographer's nightmare!

Ghost?

At first I thought it was a ghost this white shadow on the tree, but then it started crying. Anyway it was the first time I saw a white peacock, and it was also the first time I saw the peacock on the tree.

Sunday walk

We enjoyed lovely weather on Sunday, and seems that not only we. Birds looked pretty pleased as well. Wood-pigeon and black bird observed us carefully, while the pair of Sparrows didn't seem to notice much.

Ghost of the goose

Magpies had their get together and  discussed something really important. They didn't even notice the ghost of a goose passing by.
