Collared Doves

They've been living in the walnut tree in my garden for few years, or at least I think that's the same pair all the time. We are get on pretty well - they come to visit me from time to time, appreciate food and wake me up very early, and I love taking photos of them, especially when they have an argument.

I love doves, they are such sweet birds. Perfect for Valentine's Day. We have mourning doves on our garden and they also seem to live a long, long time.

They remind me of those mourning doves that hung out in my back yard in Orford! Always side by side! Great photos!

Na ostatnim zdjęciu wyglądają uroczo :)
W moim ogrodzie, czy raczej niewielkim lesie nieopodal tego ogrodu mieszka sobie podobna para, też od kilku dobrych lat. A w każdym razie ja też lubię myśleć, że to te same :)

Are these Turkish Doves? 20 years ago you hardly could seen one here and now they are almost as many as the pigeons. Lovely captures.
